22.09.08 - Inauguration

On September 22nd, we had the inauguration of our new offices and warehouse.

The visitors were able to appreciate the engineering, the electrical systems and the mechanic of the projects that we work on across North America. For those who were not able to join us, we invite you to contact us for a personal tour of our facilities.

29.07.08 - SNA Across North America!

Soil project We have production lines and machineries from the southern tip of Florida to the northern part of Canada. We have some from the Pacific Coast to the Atlantic Coast.

In 2008, we have designed, with the client, the largest soil project in North America.

Slootweg Machinefabriek has sold the first computerized mix line in the USA 20 years ago. Since, they have sold large automated packaging lines (bagging, palletizer, wrapping, etc), mix lines, as well as large screening plants across Canada and the US.

Since 2004, a new company was established in North America with engineering, fabrication, services and spare parts to better serve our customers in Canada and the US.

23.07.08 - Smart Factory

SNA Machinery is now an authorized “Smart Factory” reseller!!

The Smart Factory software is used on a single machine for a complete plant.

At the machine level, the software is used to monitor performance, calculate material usage and help for product identification and traceability.

At the factory level, the software is also used for production planning, quality control and key productivity indicator.

SNA is now an authorized integrater of these tools on their machines and on their production lines.

09.07.08 - Still running after 20 years

In 1988 Slootweg installed their first computerized mix line in North America. After 20 years SunGro Horticulture is still running it.

Our offices located in the heart of the North American Peat Industry is located in Tracadie-Sheila, New-Brunswick, Canada at a walking distance from two peat bogs. We can offer the design and supply of a complete plant or a single new machine.
